1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering or using any part of the 1mjudi platform — including the website, mobile application or related services — you hereby confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are required to refrain from using the 1mjudi platform. Continued use following any published amendment is considered acceptance of the latest version of the terms.

2 Registration and Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the 1mjudi platform. Owning multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all such accounts and the freezing of any existing balances.

During registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes their full name as per their identification document (MyKad or valid passport), an active email address and a working mobile number.

1mjudi reserves the right to carry out identity verification at any time. Users must submit the requested supporting documents within the specified timeframe to allow the verification process to be completed. Failure to do so may result in the temporary suspension of account access.

• Usernames and passwords must not be shared with any other party.
• Users are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under their account.
• Any suspicion of unauthorised access must be reported to 1mjudi customer service immediately.
• 1mjudi is not responsible for losses arising from a user's negligence in maintaining the security of their account.

3 User Eligibility

The 1mjudi platform is restricted to individuals who have reached the age of 21 at the time of registration. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived under any circumstances. Registration by individuals below the minimum age constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

Users must also ensure that participating in online betting activities does not conflict with local laws applicable to them based on their place of residence or nationality.

If it is proven that a user has registered using a false identity or provided inaccurate age information, 1mjudi reserves the right to cancel that account immediately and forfeit any associated winnings.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

1mjudi offers a range of deposit and withdrawal methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. Supported methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH).

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is RM30. The minimum permitted withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawal processing time is between 10 and 45 minutes once the request has been approved.

• All deposits must be made from an account or e-wallet registered in the user's own name.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to verification procedures.
• 1mjudi reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for the purposes of security review or compliance.
• Any attempt to bypass verification procedures may result in account freezing.

All financial transactions on the 1mjudi platform are processed through encrypted and secure channels. 1mjudi does not directly store users' credit or debit card details.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses offered by 1mjudi are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms set for each promotion. Users must read and understand these terms before accepting any bonus.

The 1mjudi welcome bonus gives 200% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. For example, a deposit of RM100 will produce a bonus of RM200, giving a total balance of RM300. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount, meaning RM200 × 25 = RM5,000 must be wagered before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses may only be used for placing bets within the platform and cannot be transferred.
• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system through multiple accounts or other methods is prohibited.
• 1mjudi reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if fraud is proven.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 1mjudi platform — whether on online slots, sportsbook, live casino, sports betting or table games — are subject to the game rules set by the respective game operators and the general policies of 1mjudi.

Game results generated by the system are final. 1mjudi has no authority to alter results that have been officially recorded in the system. Any dispute regarding a game result must be reported within 24 hours of that game taking place.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled once a game has started.
• 1mjudi reserves the right to cancel bets suspected of involving fraud, collusion or exploitation of system bugs.
• The use of automation software, bots or other unauthorised methods to manipulate games is prohibited.
• Users found to be using strategies that go against the spirit of fair play may have their accounts restricted.

7 User Conduct

Users of the 1mjudi platform are required to maintain responsible, respectful and law-abiding conduct when using all services provided, including when interacting with customer support agents and other users in live games.

Any form of threats, offensive language, abuse or harassment directed at 1mjudi staff or other users is prohibited and may result in account termination without prior warning.

• Users may not spread false, misleading or reputation-damaging content about 1mjudi.
• Any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity through the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Users are responsible for ensuring their betting activity stays within their personal financial means.

8 Account Termination and Suspension

1mjudi reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account for reasons including but not limited to: violation of these terms, fraud, suspected money laundering activity, providing false information during registration, or at the request of law enforcement.

Users may also request voluntary closure of their account by contacting 1mjudi customer service. Before account closure is processed, any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the user in accordance with the established withdrawal procedures, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

10 Limitation of Liability

The 1mjudi platform is provided on an "as is" basis and 1mjudi does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors, service disruptions or circumstances beyond its control that may affect the user experience.

1mjudi will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses suffered by users as a result of using this platform, including loss of betting funds arising from unfavourable game outcomes — this is a risk that users understand and accept upon registration.

11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The 1mjudi platform operates under international licensing and complies with the licensing requirements of the relevant authorities. These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 1mjudi holds its operating licence.

Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the platform or the interpretation of these terms shall first be resolved through 1mjudi's customer service channels. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it will be referred to the arbitration procedures established by the licensing authority.
